Since sometime after I8 started my characters can no longer receive
inspirations thrown to them.  A friend who tries it gets the message "can't

I've played with the Axe and sands a little now.
The lower level you are, the more they kick butt.
Playing Fury and Dr Akagi both took the axe and since they're both in their
30s, it's a supplementary weapon.  It does damage along the lines of Energy

Huh. I've never been very susceptible to disconnects, but last night was a
horror - had a great team, was leveling like a freight train... and got
looping-sound DCs about eight times. I don't remember the last time CoB had
to verify files after a rough disconnect, but it did ...

Hmm. My healer has taken the entire Empathy power set (and is attempting
to wear out every power in it, an unusual situation - most sets have at
least one bogus or outleveled power). He also has Recall Friend and
Teleport, Hasten and Super Speed, and Grant Invisibility.

Didn't think they'd "Patch the Patch" so quickly.
   They got the planned fixes rather quickly in which they mentioned
shortly after the patch.  Very prompt.  I applaud.

OK, so I break out my favorite mastermind and suddenly find that they pulled
the three controls they put in the powers section.
I didn't have much use for "Defense" and "Passive" but I used "Attack" quite
a bit and now it's gone.

1) DL the small archive and unzip it into your bindfile folder.
