Ever since the patch this game has become very unstable and is crashing too much for my taste.

| Boggy Server | 28 Sep 2004 21:46 GMT | 6 |
Man, last night I was playing on Protector and it was medium load which is usually no problem. But for some reason the game would play fine for 10 minutes and then proceed to get choppier and choppier. I logged off and then on again and the same thing happened. It worked fine for ...

| That's not a bug: it's leftover magic! | 28 Sep 2004 02:30 GMT | 14 |
Heh. Everyone has seen the underground entrance next to the King's Row tram station, the one where civilians get trapped in a loop running over it? They've "fixed" the bug. It now has a plaque on it explaining that there is leftover magic from some villain that confuses people and ...

| Info crashes fixed | 27 Sep 2004 14:39 GMT | 10 |
I was having problems with Issue 2 crashing about 4 times out of 5 when I accessed any "info" source - foe info, contacts, missions, etc. Finally went to tech support. It appears to be the old bug I get bitten by about once a year: my drivers

| Name you almost got | 27 Sep 2004 03:05 GMT | 29 |
What was the name you really wanted but was already taken? I was really bummed out when John Galt was taken on every server. Same for Javert, 24601, etc...

| Selling City of Heroes | 25 Sep 2004 13:45 GMT | 58 |
Would someone please advise me on how to sell my CoH account? I will be listing it on eBay shortly and I am interested in how others transfered it over. Thanks in advance.

| Video tweaking for performance | 25 Sep 2004 01:44 GMT | 9 |
Well, I was running Issue 1 with the video settings maxed out, and only rarely saw any slowdowns or lag. I don't know if it's Issue 2, the new video drivers I had to install to stop the crashes, or DX 9.0c, but I found I can't run maxed any more.

| Ping Beta Testers | 24 Sep 2004 19:08 GMT | 2 |
I am discussing on the official forums ways the developers might use to pick Beta testers for CoV. Was anyone in here involved in the CoH beta test?? If so, how were you chosen?? Also related to this, is there info on how they choose people for sequels??

| Much better! | 24 Sep 2004 14:19 GMT | 3 |
After the humiliation and frustration that is The Hollows for my various low level alts, I finally discovered a few things: 1) Hydra Hunting is a lot easier now, because everyone's now running around in the Hollows getting their a.s kicked so it's a pretty clear

| Family Bosses | 24 Sep 2004 14:00 GMT | 11 |
Is it me or are the Consiglieres just TOO powerful? Normally I avoid them like the plague but had to take one on for a timed mission where I had to clear out all the enemies. I managed to lure away 2 gunners next to him, which I disposed of, and then took him on solo. The guy had 2 ...

| The first badge-weenie thread! | 23 Sep 2004 21:08 GMT | 31 |
I can *just tell* that even though CoH is less power-gamey than previous MMOGs, there ARE gonna people who get totally hung up on exhausting content. So I thought I'd stake my claim as the first person to post a 'I want this badge WAAAAAAAAHHHHHH' thread!

| The Hollows | 23 Sep 2004 20:41 GMT | 2 |
I took my first trip to the Hollows late last night looking to be RSK'ed to work off some debt. Other than the shock of being limited to two quality attacks, I wondered if this area had a giant monster roaming about like other Hazard Zones. Anyone have any info on this?
