Bargain buys01 Apr 2005 00:03 GMT1
Anybody have any bargains/unknowns that are worth purchasing for as little
as possible in FM2005 5.05 patch ?
My Man Utd team has successfully mixed selling crap <Kleberson,Djemba
Djemba,Bellion etc> with buying bargains and reasonably big name players and

Rovers...
The transfer budget is restricted to miserable £1,3M, wage budget is over
already.

name but was developed by different people?
Apologies if this a dumb question.I brought championship manager 5 and

Humpty Dumpty wet himself on the wall. Humpty Dumpty had a big bawl. All the King's whores and
all the Queen's men pinched their noses and ran away.
FM Team of The Week Question.31 Mar 2005 00:32 GMT3
Does anyone know why when FM picks the team of the week that some
players are picked out of position?
It has been bugging me for a while! For example, just now my ACM was
picked to play in the RM position and 2 of my defenders were picked in
Soccer Am Badgers30 Mar 2005 22:09 GMT1
I don't know if this is common knowledge but I was pleasantly surprised to
get a message saying that Phil Neal (54 years old!) is retiring at the end
of the season while managing Leyton orient. I looked at the club he was
playing for the "Soccer AM Badgers" and found the staff at ...

What software for BURNING DVD movies?30 Mar 2005 17:05 GMT1
Is there anything like Nero (where you can just drag and drop *.avi or
*.mpeg files directly into a disk) that work for Burning DVD movies?
i.e. A prog that i can just point 2 avi's at, and they'll burn and be
watchable on a dvd player?
Frighteningly realistic Press30 Mar 2005 12:36 GMT2
Nice to see the Press in FM as clued up as their real life counterparts.
I signed one Jose Luis Sierra on a free at St Pauli and in 14 games he's
scored 16 goals, got 8 MoMs and has an average rating of 8.86.
Probably for the sole reason that he's 36, the Press have just released
Kasey Keller30 Mar 2005 12:34 GMT9
I`m watching the "old" goalkeeper Kasey Keller at the moment, in the
Mexico - Usa game. 80 minutes now (yes, I know the game was
yesterday...), and Keller has had some amazing saves. What a goalie!! I
can\t believe he`s the reserve at some german team.

some emile heskey jokes (Apt)28 Mar 2005 21:02 GMT12
Liverpool have signed a new centre forward from Kabul United FC.
Apparently on his first day at training, Houllier picked up a ball and said:
"Ball." Then he pointed at the goal and said: "Goal." Then he demonstrated a
kicking motion and said: "Kick. Understand? Kick, ball, goal.
