Played the demo of CM5 at gamestarslive, and well it stunk. Was like CM03/04 but terrible control panel, layout was crap and the game speeds were awful. Probably a biased view, but I wish FM2005 could have been there to compare

I have played championship manager from the days of the amiga, I have also played other football manager games that don't even come close to the CM product. But now we have 2 games coming out.... Cm5 and Fm2005.... I think I might go

Played a VERY basic version at a games exhibition today and even with the fact that its in the early stages considered, I was not at all impressed. Of the few teams available I picked Middlesborough and beat Chelsea 7-5 away on the opening day of the season
