I bought the strategy guide for 03/04 and it is utterly useless. Does
anybody know of a good resource website?
I have already tried The Dugout but they still have only have CM4 tactics.

The number of GOOD players who have expiring contracts that can be picked up

Its 2014. For for the last 10 seasons half the Premiership Clubs have
been in Bankruptcy - it's a permanent state of affairs. Reason is
they are all paying huge wages to the best players, and the better
young players - so if your hoping to build up your second or first
