Ground Chants17 Mar 2004 01:18 GMT15
Are there crowd chants for certain grounds? I'd love to have a proper
chant for Newcastle.

"...is going to need the physio"17 Mar 2004 00:04 GMT4
Can anyone explain how the game decides whether an injured player stays on
the pitch or is removed? It doesn't seem to be based on condition percentage
as I've seen the game forcibly remove players at 80% or more while I've had
the option to play on with players at 50%.
assistant managers16 Mar 2004 22:26 GMT9
I am not sure if this has been asked before but exactly how does the
assistant manager choose the team if you ask him to do it?
Do he just pick the best players available or does he give young kids a run
too?

Super Duper Goalie16 Mar 2004 16:47 GMT6
Just played a match against Newcastle where Shay Given was injured after ten
minutes, played until replaced in the 71st never at more than 56% condition,
saved countless shots, including a penalty and was MoM.
Eat your heart out, Bert Trautmann. ("Who he?" - Anyone under 45)

Can anyone recommend some software to split and rejoin various video files?
I have some *ahem* video files that are too big and need reducing.  File
types are .asf, .mpeg, .wmv, .avi.

What are your first impressions of this new game. Obviously we've only got
screen shots to work with but still.
Looks a bit console-like to me with it's players photos and big graphics (I
trust it won't be of course!)

4.1.5 frequent error crashes14 Mar 2004 13:04 GMT3
I've got the 'legal No CD' version, but I keep getting 'Uneexpected error -
closing program' messages. Do you think it's the lack of CD in the drive or
a plain dodgy patch?
