Edu, help me out here. With the groups being 9 instead of 8 is it
still the best 2 of each group that qualify to the next round ? And
what is the next round like ?

1) How many youngsters in your U19 squad?
2) How often do you check your youth scores, stats, info..?
3) Control youth, play friendlies with, praise in media, extend contracts..?
4) How many players brought in from academy usually turns out decent?

One of my players asked for an improved contract so I told him that if he
played well I'd let him have one at the end of the season. He did, so I did.
Since he accepted the new contract he's complained twice in six weeks that I
haven't kept my promise and has become unsettled and ...
