Does anyone know how CM4 generates new young players at the end of each
season?  Does it recycle retiring players or create new ones?
The reason why I ask is that I'm about 15 seasons into my game and have
noticed that the average stats for most 'star' players seem to be getting

I used it...
I found two players: 16 and 17 years both potential ability over 190
I scouted them in the game(cm01/02) and my scouts who are very good, told
me, that they are both not good enough to play in my club!!

You can't win the league if you can't beat chelski, and WOOHOO we did it.
