I installed the last patch ages ago but today I tried to start a league with Napoli, the game then crashed and said that it could not find Lecce, Piacenza etc. anybody else had this problem?

My current game is going wrong, since the board of Lazio gave me my money the day I used the previous year's budget (except it was this years I then found out), meaning I have no money and they expect the league. Therefore I intend starting afresh, and doing a "Wielder"
