If you export a character in BG1 wearing one, does it still have it on in
BG2.

Please help me!  I need a copy of just disc 2. I do not want to buy another
copy of this game for 1 disc!

This claims to have:
The Full version of BG2-Shadows of Amn
The Full Version of BG2 Expansion - Throne of Bhaal
"A Bonus CD containing additional weapons and armour"

Just installed BG2 and Throne of Bhaal, but when I try to run them I get a
Software Protection Error message "Please insert the original CD-ROM in
drive".  I did a full install from legit CDs that run fine on my wife's PC,
and the message appears no matter which CD i have in the ...

I have BG Tales of Sword Coast on my desktop and have just installed BGII on
my laptop.
Is there any way I can import my character without installing the original
game on my shiny new laptop... please say yes :-)

I'm playing BGII with the new Unfinished Business patch. I've got ToB and
the ToB fixpack installed.
My character is an Assassin (been an Assassin from Lvl 1, came out of
BGTutu), and he's doing the stronghold quest. He just killed the Cowled

I'm not looking for spoilers or anything, but I just encountered her and
she has joined my part. It seems her quest is time-based, but is it even
possible to leave Athkatla and do her quest right now? I was under the
impression that I am stuck in Athkatla until Ch. 4 or so, but ...

Ankheg Armour should surely be usable by single-class Druids in BG2. I
believe it *was* so usable in BG1 - I'm sure I remember Faldorn using
it.

I'm playing as lawful good with Minsc, Aerie, Jaheira, Yoshimo and Nalia.
We've got a rep of +20, Jaheira and Yoshi are bellyaching about it - should
we act the bad guys for a bit to pull us back, or not bother? I would rather
stay heroic (being lawful good and all)

...Is there a mod, or a component of a mod, that will always make
these encounters be at their maximum vanilla-BG2 strength _and do
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE including no changes to the monsters'
*scripting* or *abilities*_ ?
