I have been playing BG1 for about two weeks now (this time) and I have

1: My character has a strength of 18/49, what does that mean?
2: What is THACO, I guess it is better to have lower THACO but I dont know

This is something which has been bothering me for a while....here's the

1. I first played BG2 on a Windows 98 Operating System with a SB Live Value

How do I access this from my normal IWD game, rather than creating a new
game, or is that possible.

I just bought Baldur's Gate 2 "The Collection" (SoA & ToB) and am just
starting to play. (It was hard to resist, I got a great deal on it for less
than $10, sealed!) I opted for the "Full" installation because I didn't want
to have frequent CD swaps.

Playing IWD/HW and a level 10 fighter in my party has been killed. I am
having trouble raising them. They are curremtly -10 and petrified. Have
tried  Raise dead and Resurrection. Neither works. Is this a bug or do I
have to reload a do whole fight again.
