I just bought Balder's Gate 2 and am hopelessly addicted.  I know
there is the First Balder's Gate and Neverwinter Nights. Are there any
more in the series?

i just reached chapter 2, but there are a few things that i left undone in
chapter 1...can i go back to those people and they will still respond to
those things?

1. Does constitution above 20 regen HP even faster?
2. Does natural regen from a high constitution stack with regen rings?

I'm finding it impossible to play Baldur's Gate II on my Dell (WinXP
Home): it installs just fine, but when I call the game up all I get is
a black screen with music. I've installed the updates/patches for BG2
and my DX9 is up to date, as is the ATI drivers.  I am also running

is there a general area that they should be around? like 12, or 17, or
something like that?

is it a good idea to do one of these? i'll definitely choose the wizard
class, and i doubt anything else really goes with it....if you just have one
class, can you learn more for that class than if you had to split it?
also, does it help to choose a specialization for a wizard? ...

Hi all..
I have not played BG2 in a long time but this morning dusted off an old
solo game I was in the middle of playing... a Kensai/Thief. I am in
chapter 5 in the middle of the Drwo "gopher" mini-quests.

After I completed all the quests in Brymlaw and shortly before I knew I'd be
heading to Spellhold,  I stored a bunch of items in the courtesan's room
figuring I'd pick them up on the way back through.  Well I finished the
Asylum and I'm back in Brymlaw but when I go to pay the ...

is there a way to increase the resolution that BG plays at? what is its
default?

for some reason, when i start BG, it wants disc 3 (of 3) in the drive...but
i just got to the friendly arm inn and it already asked for disc 2 (seems
way too early to start disc swapping)...anyway, next time i started the game
i had to put disc 3 back in, and it loaded my game fine ...

the first time i started the game, i had disc 1 in my drive and it ran fine,
but after that it started asking for disc 3....is that an error?

The music seems to be in *.acm format. Anyone know of any player that
would let me play them outside of the game?

I haven't playd BG2/Throne in months and never tried any mods.
What are the best to try?
