The first flayer I face in their lair, the one in the room where

Does your equipment transfer at all?  I can finish the main plot of BG:1 or
go for Durgams <sp> Keep for more experience points and equipment.  Is it
worth it?  I am playing a single player game too, so the NPCs probably won't
keep their levels/equipment either when I transfer?

I recently bought the BG2 Collection, and have been playing for a
while...still in chapter 2.  I haven't installed ToB yet.  I just read
in a post that I should have installed it right away.
Question:

I'm playing BG1 for the 3rd time and thought I'd use some cheats such as
giving my characters extra levels. Have lost the files containing info
