I had a new computer built with Vista. I re-installed FS9 and FSX to a new
E: drive. Now I find that the reverse thruster function (F2) does not work

i have flight simulator x deluxe edition and have been trying to import new
aircraft from other sites. i have continuously looked on the net for a method
of importing the new aircraft into simulator x but have failed. i have tried
saving to desktop then extracting the files etc. ...

Rather than letting FSX create a flight plan for me I want to understand
some of the logic behind some of the choices it makes.
I understand GPS, (just one line from airport A to B :)).
But the others are a bit murky.

Okay, I now am running this edition of XP Service Pack 3 and all is well
AND.....there is a bonus to SP3.  It will allow XP 32bit see 3 gigs of
memory.
Edit 'boot.ini' and add  "/3GB"  (without quotes)

Last days I fly with a "gol" model of a 737, a nice one in fs9
Who knows another complete freeware 737 model (with vc) on the net.
No overhead needed.
