Well, few days old now, released 6/23, 175.19 whql, for both Vista 32 bit
and 64 bit.
One notation on release notes:  "Improved 3d performance and load times for
GeForce 8 and 9 series GPU's in some DX9, DX10, and Open GL applications as

Hi My question is- whenever I play with an add on aircraft for FSX, there
seems to be a problem of the menu bar turning black whenever im in an outside
view.... any reason why its doing that and how do I fix it?

After a torrid time with my old PC , my new Dell has been rock solid.  Vista

FSX installed all OK and activated.  However when I try to install FSX
Acceleration, I am told, "FlightSimX is required to install MS FSX

During my flight training I never flew with an autopilot turned on. As a
matter of fact, I have only flown one C172 that had a functioning autopilot
installed, but I never used it. I guess that the flight school didn't want

I spent the time to d/l sp2 for fsx and I tell it to install, and it
begins, and then it stops and tells me to do it at a later time, what
the heck is that about???? I even tried it in safe mode and then it
would not even start....

Seems that the time in my flight sim (either 9 or 10) is never
correct.
Fired up FS9 this AM to have a flight from Princess Julianne to
Toronto. RW time (and my computer) was1200Z (0900 local) but when I
