can someone tell me how to add info onto the kneeboard. I went to the helf
thing but hmm still can't seem to put any text of my own in it.

Yesterday I installed some new memory. When I loaded up the sim, my
yoke and HOTAS were missing. Some rebooting and switching of USB
sockets got them both back, but this morning the yoke was gone again.
Rebooting didn't solve the problem, though unplugging the yoke,

Please, I ran out of ideas on how to fix this one.
Whe I click insde the kneeboard for any plane fs9 will crash.
I did a complete reinstall of fs9 (including deleting the personal folders,
deleting fsnavigator and manually deleting som almost empty folders). Still

I just got Crimson skies.  On the startup, the game tells me I need a
directx7 compatible card, and then quits.  I emailed Creative and they did
get back to me, but it was not helpfull at all.  They state the card and
drivers are directx compatible, but they don't get them certified ...

How can I change the aircraft cfg so ATC will say "Air Force"?   I
thought changing the line atc_airline would do it, but guess not.

Hi, I have had FS2004 on my computer since beginning of the year, now when my
disc drive reads the info from Disc4 during flight, it makes a scrapping
noise and the display of the aircraft and general performance goes all
jaggered and poor.

Leaving my home airport... absolutely clear.  Load 'real weather' (15 minute
updates).  Fly for 5 minutes, clouds start appearing.  Low too.  Re-load
real weather and she clears up.
Fly again, same thing happens.  Any ideas?

I'm sure I've seen in this group a program that shuts down all unnecessary
background programs so FS9 just runs on its own.

Downloaded and installed runway textures from AVSIM (but didn't backup

Is there any shortcut that will force the native FS2004 GPS to come to the
screen?  On some aircraft I have enabled the RealityXP GPS and want to have
the FS2004 up just for its terrain map and more convenient UI.   Reality
disables the GPS from the Shift+x keystroke but maybe there ...
