AOE2 quits when I start a new game29 May 2004 23:26 GMT2
i can start it, but when i click an a campaign to play, or
start a random map, the whole thing quits, but you can
still hear the music playing, and the game is not even running.

I was wondering if there was a no cd patch out there for AOE2. I want to
play it on my home network, but you are going to see me going out to buy 2
more copies just so we can play together? Any idea where I can get one?

Anyone know how to zoom in and out on the main screen of
aoe2, I want to be able to see more of the map on the main
screen like you can in aoe1

No matter what I do I can't get the sound to run in AoE
the age of king or the conquerors expansion.

whenever i play Age Of Kings, my computer wither restarts
mid game, or it quits the game and sends me back to the

find (or could not read) the language specific setup

The map editor/campaign editor is very vague and is very
trial and error in creating your own scenario, im having
trouble with creating it as there isnt any "how to" in
creating a campaign- is there any material or any how to's

has anyone got this game to run on the net.  we have tried
to run it on a windows 2000 professional install. we
attempt to join via zone.com. it starts them give us an
error - unable to join.

Ok well... when i try and install my age of kings game
off line.. It takes few minutse then a pop up error

Hi - I have been playing AOK TC for a couple of years and
it has always worked fine.  I recently installed a new
graphics card (Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128mb) and upgraded
the memory to 516mb.

to join any room, and it says it cannot detect the game! I

My subjects are morons. They do not follow my instructions. They need
too much babysitting while my opponent, the computer, has no such
trouble. The empire controlled by the computer operates flawlessly
while my own subjects can't even follow a straight line from point A

I want the time and score to be on automatically when a game starts and not
have to press F4 and F11. Is there a way to do this? I'm pretty sure it used
to be set to on but somehow that has changed.
