Age of empires 3 restarts my computer?28 Jul 2008 19:28 GMT-
After successfully installing Age of empires 3 months ago and playing on it
successfully, it has suddenly started crashing my computer as soon as i open
the application? Any ideas?

When i try to install AOE 3 the installshield before the actuall installation
finishes then nothing at all happens the installation just stops
My specs exceed the minimum specs for the game, have tons of extra space in
the system

I cannot get AOE III to uninstall. When I use add/remove programs it says
uninstall successful, but program still there, same with AOE III, The War  
Chiefs. If I use the CD and click uninstall, it starts to install the game,
not uninstall.

I am looking at buying Age of Empires III, so I downloaded the trial version
to see if my graphics card is adequate. I have Sony VAIO 2.6GHz CAPU with 1GB
RAM and nVIDIA 6200 AGP 8x graphics card. I am using latest drivers from
nVIDIA site 6.14.11.7519 drivers release in June 08 ...

Installed AOE Age of Kings on windows Xp SP2. Copied "empires2.exe" from
patch folder to game installation folder.
When starting the game by running empiers2.exe & having the CD into CD
