I've installed he game on a new laptop. I cannot see the houses built and in
some cases I cannot even see the workers or the army. When a building is
built I can only see a square piece of dust. I do not think this is normal. I

Being playing AOE on the zone for years.  Now playing on Gamepark but having
probs connecting.  How do I connect to a game using IP??

In a recent fit of organization, I threw out all my empty game boxes and
bulky jewel boxes for pretty much every game I own.  This means,
unfortunately, that I threw out my serial numbers. For all of them.
Is there ANY WAY to get a new one without buying a new copy of the CD? I

I just bought Age of Empires 3 and installed it, with everything going all
right. I opened up the game, and the opening video played, but was choppy.
However, once it should have gotten to the title screen, it simply gave me a
black screen. I CntrlAltDel'ed it, tried it again, ...

On two of my computers (both Toshiba laptops) I get to 78% of the install and
it halts stating that the file "sounds.drs" can not be accessed.
I can see that the install creates the file, writes some data to it but it's
as if the file becomes write protected during the install.
