Basically Handhelds are not region locked this includes the PSP as well as the much loved DS.
US titles can freely be played on the European DS as can Japanese titles. This is because they carry thier own screen and hence do not suffer from PAL/NSTC signal limitations as thier ...

advance. What I want to know is how do you get visual boy advance to
