Yamauchi Drops Out

In Mario Pinball Land, I occasionally see a cow pop up in places where
a gopher usually pops up.  (The cow makes a mooing noise instead of the
usual pop-up noise.)  Does anybody know why this happens?

responding.

I played this simple game recently, and was irritated and frustrated
