| 60's cars for rFactor? | 31 Jan 2007 14:07 GMT | 4 |
Did I read somewhere there was a mod that has 60's like GTL cars for rFactor? if so any hints where that was? I have both but on my kids PC (formerly mine) rFactor runs a lot better on it, would be fun to race head to head with a couple buddies when they come up for the weekend ...

| G25 v. Momo Force | 28 Jan 2007 05:30 GMT | 12 |
I got the red Momo Force installed, fired up rFactor, and gave it a test drive. I did not try to make any adjustments to make it feel better - just remapped the controls to the new wheels and took off. It shouldn't be a surprise, but I thought I'd comment anyway. I can

| getting out of sim auto racing | 24 Jan 2007 05:08 GMT | 36 |
Try as I might, I just haven't been able to get back into sim racing after trying on and off for the last 6 months or so. I've moved on to turn based games like chess and Civilization 4, which neither require a super powerful computer nor lightening fast reflexes. Neither of ...

| Logitech Red Momo Power Requirements | 23 Jan 2007 03:08 GMT | 11 |
A friend asked me to check out his Red Momo to see if it still works. It's a FF model with gold lightning bolts. I've never seen a wheel like this before - it's kind of cool. The pedals were left on a basement floor that subsequenly flooded. According to his description

| Quitting? No, just coming back! | 23 Jan 2007 01:32 GMT | 2 |
There are a lot of messages about people quitting and selling their stuff, so I thought I'd mix it up... My timeline may be a bix mixed up, but I think NASCAR Racing 3 was still the top sim around the time I quit playing racing games/sims, I was bored with it at that point

| Leading on the last lap | 22 Jan 2007 11:52 GMT | 22 |
Say you were in a race and leading the pack by a large margin. Would you QUIT the race with 10 to go just because the race isnt going quite as perfectly as you would have hoped? Of course not, you would make adjustments and continue on for a possible win. Right?
