upgrade from lcs 2005 to 2005 sp1

Hi , i would like to know if its complicated or dangerous to upgrade from
2005 to 2005 sp1 ?

2) can someone tell me what is the process to add the web access
communication server ? should i install it on the same computer i installed
the live communication server ?

You'll not find much help in this newsgroup, this os for the XBOX games
console. I don't know if there is an OLCS group so you might want to try
