Is there a single player shooter/action/RPG game where the tougher enemies
(computer controlled) are not just stronger, but is more intelligent?
Signs of intelligence:
won't run right in front of your gun
can ambush you
can use environment to its advantage
takes less risk when injured

IMO post-apocalyptic games get depressing after a while, Oblivion is more
fun though :P But the AI is not as smart as Fallout 3

As of today you can try out the new Splinter Cell: Conviction game. If you
put it on the hardest difficulty they are really challenging. And it's not
just a matter of you being weaker or they stronger, but they actually
become more intelligent. It's quite a challenge.
