Walkthroughs and cheats for F.E.A.R?

I am going in circles and am about to, unfortuneately, quit this game!
Aargh!

Are there any sites for walkthroughs, etc for this game? I've tried
Gamespot and Googled and can't find anything worthwhile.

By any chance, was the level you got stuck in was an office-level? Yeah I
got stuck there too.

Only half? Cheater! You used the level-skip code, didn't you? ;-)

I swear, by the time I finished that game I was afraid... to go back
to work. There's only so many cubicles I can take in a week.

After the endless TPS reports on the bulletin boards, I never want to watch
"Office Space" again, either.
