You still need the "old" marks of WSG, AB and AV to get lvl 70 pvp
items and for the turnin quest, so it's most likely they will be of
use in LK.

It may change for Badges of Justice, though.
I expect new type of Badges, rendering the old ones worthless, or
upgrades in prices and gains, e.g. 1000 marks for a good weapon, at
10 marks per heroic "80+" boss, rendering running the old dungeons
worthless :)

I'll just throw in my $0.03 (inflation) that marks and honor, for
better or for worse, will almost certainly carry over. I'm still not
even sure there will be a new battleground introduced as there has
been a problem with spreading the players too thinly and people having
trouble getting into any BG's if there are too many.  Most of the PvP
stuff Blizz has been discussing lately for WoTLK has sounded like
outdoor PVP like Halaa and such.

The PvE rewards of the same nature, such as the Badges of Justice,
will almost certainly be replaced with a "Badge of Frozen Juice" or
something.
