I was only going to start another bank alt last night. Really. That was my
plan.

Instead I started a dwarf paladin, chose professions, and started questing
anew. Dang. I'm nearly L61 with my hunter, L45 with my rogue, and I had to
begin from scratch? Again? (At least I didn't start over on a whole new
realm this time.) I like leveling. I must. And I've been curious about
paladins and their various builds, I wanted an alchemist, etc. I've hardly
touched Outland. I am weird.

Tonight I'll start another human bank alt, because I don't get sidetracked
with humans. But I'm going to play my paladin.

Outland and L70 will still be waiting.

Alt-aholic! That's great!

I am an alt-aholic too. I started a few characters that I took to level
7 to 10 just for fun, then turned them into bank alts, 1 horde, and 1
alliance. And 2 others that I deleted. Now and then I take my bankers
out for some fun. I don't count my bankers in my list of characters but
I guess I should.

When I'm bored I get my troll shaman (banker), lvl 17, only wears
Festive Pink Dress, only uses her totems, and has her skinning knife.
She's moved up 5 levels like this. The idea came to me when I heard
about that naked character that went to level 60 or 70 a long time ago.

And I plan on a PvP druid soon. I have to see the PvP realm, and I've
never done a druid.

I want a level 70 SO BAD but I keep getting distracted with all the
aspects of this DAMN game.

Lol, that's like my belf warlock... she was supposed to only be an alt
to see the belf zones and then stop at 20... um, yeah... she's 60 now.

Hehe, if you're enjoying Azeroth, then continue to enjoy it and have
fun, Outland will still be there when you're ready for it :-)

With the faster leveling, the quests are green before I even reach the
region for the first time!!!! There are huge areas of Azeroth I haven't
seen, and I've barely touched Horde, yet.

I started a female human paladin with one purpose and one purpose only, to
serve as a bank alt for my ridiculous scheme to corner the market on
showballs in july (hopefully the bank is air conditioned and my inventory of
snowballs won't melt before then, otherwise this whole thing is going to turn
into a bad episode of Seinfeld).

Every time I log into her (and there really is no valid reason to log into an
alt that only has snowballs, is there?), I'm tempted to start leveling her.
Somehow she's still only level 1, but I've already equipped her with red
winter clothes, bought her some winter boots, and a red winter helper pet.
Now I just need to talk my guild into running her through one of the
instances where a red winter hat drops (if there was a way to get her to
tempest keep, this would not be a problem, but alas flying mounts are hard to
get for level 1 characters).

LOL...

My "bank mule", a human female mage, was supposed to hang out in
Stormwind just to handle bank and AH chores.....she's lvl 28 now....

I have 5 Alliance and 3 Horde characters now....

The last time I created a Horde alt required me to delete one of the
others first. :)

I know what you mean. I have a bank alt that picked up tailoring as a
hobby. She was level 9 when I started, so I had to get her to 10 so she
could learn journeyman tailoring. When that maxed out, she needed to get
to level 20 and learn expert tailoring. Now she's level 23, and trying
for 35 so she can learn artisan tailoring.

Hopefully you didn't make the mistake of naming your would-be dwarf
'bank alt' something dippy. It's amusing to see a lvl 70 character
running heroic instances and named 'Fredsbankho'.

Lol.

No, I didn't do that. What I -did- do that I regret is choose the long
braid down her back. Every time she casts a healing spell that braid whips
around like a fan blade and looks absolutely ridiculous. Since I'm still a
very low level I may delete her and choose a different hair style---but what
do the others do???

I need ***input***.
