I have been L70 for a while. There are virtually no solo quests left
to do.

The dungeon thing is a complete waste of time. You spend 2 hours
getting a group together. 3 more hours in the dungeon. Then before you
get finished, the party breaks up.

In outland I have managed to complete:
1. The slave pens
2. Hellfire Ramparts
3. Blood Furnace
I have done a least 10 other dungeons without completion.

What's left to do.

Join a Guild, maybe? A Guild can help you do group quests, get parties for
instances, get attuned for raids and then go Karazhan or other good
instances.

Move to a different server where you can get good PUGs and pwn all the
other instances. : )

Get a decent guild where you can get reliable groups and start your
march for Kara attunement and then do Kara, Gruul, Maggy etc

Lots for you to do yet - sounds like you have hardly started.

Cheers

Retire.  There is nothing in the service contact that says
you can only play World of Warcraft for the rest of your
life.  If the game stops being fun, then stop playing it.
