but I can't find it.
What folder do you delete when you want to start all over again?

My Documents/EA Games.  That's if you are starting EVERYTHING over from
scratch.  No downloads, no camera mods, no saved lots, no saved games.  If
you are just wanting to start your neighborhoods over from scratch, delete
My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Neighborhoods.  Don't just empty it, delete
it.  The game will regenerate a new one with the original neighborhoods
intact.

Thanks.
I'll try and remember in the future.

If you have any other EA games, you may want to check before just blowing
away the whole EA Game folder, I'm not sure but other things may also use
that.   The actual root folder for all Sims 2 content is:

My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2

True.  Since the Sims is the only thing I play, that's the one I'd delete.
