Downloads not working

Does anyone else have a problem with their downloads? I can load into
the game, into the community and then when I try to go into the home,
it just sits there. The only downloads that work are the cars from
thesims2.com site and the Insimenator. Before, all of them worked,
but now, I can't get into the house and none of them work.

What can I do to fix the problem???? I'm not concerned so much with
objects (although there is a computer and painting I'd like to have
that you can improve the needs of the household with both of them) but
I would like to have the clothing.

The most likely thing is that you have one bad download that is messing
things up for the rest. Really the only way to check that out is by trial
and error. Take out half of your downloads, and start the game. If all
is well the problem is in the removed half. Try half of that and repeat
until the problem file is isolated. There may be more than one, so if an
error appears in the first half - do check the second before puting
everything back ( been there! )

Having said that, is it just one lot that you cannot load, or all of them?
If it's just the one it may be that lot is corrupted.

I'll try that this weekend. It's all the lots that I can't load, so
it's one of the downloads. Man that's going to be frustrating. LOL I
know the Insimenator, the stuff from thesims2.com site and the mailbox
are okay but the rest I have no idea. I'll let y'all know if it works
or not.

All the lots? Something you have put into them all, or a global mod then, I
would think - if that helps!
