Found this Halo Level Guide that gives you "Step by Step Help" on every level of this PC game. I read the Halo Level Guide and it walked me through every level. Just found it today. I was stuck on the third level against two big bad a.s aliens called HUNTERS. The sniper rifle and nothing else would kill them. I have been stuck at this level trying to kill them for four days. The Halo Level Guide said you had to run straight at them and go past them and suddenly turn and shot them in the back of the head before they could turn around. That's the only way to kill them. Can't wait to waste these mothers and continue on with the game. I was about the wipe Halo off my hard drive and give up. I'm a big Unreal Tournament 2003 player and Halo is nice change and a fun shooting game. Grenades weaken them a lot and an overcharged plasma pistol or shotgun will usually finish them off with a few shots after a grenade or two. You don't want to be wasting your shots on their shield. Before encountering them I made sure I could retreat as much as I needed to with no left-over nasties behind me. You can kill Hunters pretty easily by hitting them in any orange/red areas (back, belly, throat). If you're smooth enough, you can do it with the pistol -- there's a reason they give you one at the top of the hill in Silent Cartographer. Just watch out for the fuel rods coming your way. The Elite -- especially on Legendary -- are far tougher for me. Dan, can you remember how to get out of level 3 Truth and Reconciliation?
