Dedicated server - Host a game

Hi all,

I try to host a game, easy... ...or not?

All works but wont apear in listing when i start halo combat evolved...

Ideas?

version 1.0.7 and even tryed 1.0.2 / 3

sv_name Halo_Creap
sv_public true
sv_maxplayers 16
sv_mapcycle_timeout 25
sv_mapcycle_add timberland ctf
sv_mapcycle_add bloodgulch ctf
sv_mapcycle_add dangercanyon ctf
sv_mapcycle_begin

It's most likely a problem with your firewall. There are all kinds of
crazy things you have to do with firewalls to get them to work with
stuff like this, and if you go through a router it's even more
complicated. I've never gotten it to work fully myself, so good luck.

Hi,

I solved it...

I have now firedaemon Service and all works great now...

The downside is now that my bandwith is just enough for 12 players to run
smoothly, but ok thats a other problem :)

Consider yourself lucky. I can't get more than five when it is working.
