I wish. That would be awesome. You can download Halo Custom Edition and
play user-created maps. Google it, I forgot the URL.

There are literally hundreds of maps.  If they were all to be put in a map
pack, it would likely run about 6 or 7GB compressed.  And, HaloCE would take
about 6 minutes to load up.

Just look in gamespy for what the dedicated servers are playing, and go
download them at http://www.haloimpulse.com or at http://www.halomods.com or
any of a dozen other sites.  Or just pick the most often downloaded as
reported by those sites.

I know! That drives me insane that it caches so much from the maps... :-/

No need. If you own a legit copy of HaloPC then you can download
Halo:Custom Edition, which has tons of user-created maps to play in
multiplayer mode online. I'm right now downloading a bunch of new maps
for it (Zero Wing, Dioptase and Abandoned City) to play later on...

Just go to download.com and lookup "Halo Custom Edition". Once you
download that (it requires your original PC CD just like HaloPC) and
install it, you can download maps from http://www.halomaps.org to get
more maps...
