seems to be saying that *all* games from Microsoft Game Studios for the
next-generation Xbox will use Epic Games' UNREAL ENGINE 3.
Does this mean that Bungie's Halo 3 will use Unreal Engine 3 ?
and Rare's Perfect Dark Zero as well?

Actual text from the link you posted "... Epic Games and Microsoft Game
Studios announced this afternoon that all in-house next generation Xbox
titles will be developed by Epic's Unreal Engine 3 ... Microsoft Game
Studios is the second developer to publicly announce using the Unreal Engine
3, with Midway being the first ..."
The key is the specific use of the phrases 'developed and 'developer'.
There is a difference between a game published by Microsoft Game Studios and
one developed by Microsoft Game Studios.
For example
- Forza Motorsport is both published and developed by Microsoft Game Studios
see http://www.xbox.com/en-US/forza/default.htm
- Halo2 is published by Microsoft Game Studios but developed by Bungie
Studios see http://www.xbox.com/en-US/halo2/default.htm
- Conker : Live and Reloaded is published by Microsoft Game Studios but
developed by Rare Ltd. see http://www.xbox.com/en-us/conker/default.htm

Learning to read the English language you f.cking disphit troll spammer. It
says the Unreal 3.0 engine will be *ONE* middleware solution used in Xbox 2
games, not the middleware for ALL Xbox 2 games. Are you really this stupid?
Do you think they're going to use Unreal 3.0 for Forza 2 also? Is EA going
to have to use Unreal 3.0 for all the Xbox versions of its games?
You've gone from a f.cking asshat cut-n-paste spammer with 20 different
aliases to a pants-spooging feces-flinging bona fide retard with the
addition of alias #21. Congratulations.
