well, I noticed that there are same different crack files (halo.exe).
I've installed the my firend's same crack file and now it works! we are able
to play together :)
Crack files change the number of public internet servers too.. and my
friend's one has a lot! (more than 700 sometimes)

IDIOT!
Didn't your mommy & daddy tell you that "crack" is bad for you?
Well, it's bad for the Software Industry, too.
Your "crack" is also probably containing a trojan that would allow people to
get into your system while you're playing Halo.
Like I said: IDIOT.

Bob, are you saying you don't think someone would lure unsuspecting game
players into using a CD-free / keyless version of a game and not drop a
trojan in it?
I'm not saying it's always the case but it is certainly possible.
How many kids doing this on their parents computer are exposing personal
information every day because of this irresponsible attitude? The next
compromised computer costs ALL OF US money in the form if increased ISP
charges. The game publishers scream "Piracy" and raise the cost of the
their next game. And the poor parents (or any sap, suckered into this
mess), have to shell out for lost time rebuilding the data or worse having
someone else have to do it for them.
Please disregard if I have interpreted you comment incorrectly.
Regards,
Chris Johnson
