I think this mouse is too small - it's too thin and not high enough. I
used to have the wireless righty microsoft mouse and I really liked
the way my palm rested on the mouse, but that mouse broke.

I need a suggestion for a decent (it doesn't have to be amazing, just
good) GAMING WIRELESS mouse - something that compares to the g7 or
close to it in reviews, but something bigger than the g7 so it's
comfortable to use!

Thank you.

Why wireless?  How does the wired MX518 compare size-wise?  I've had
mine years and am dreading the day it might stop working.  It's great.

I've been using the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer for years (I'm on my
3rd one now) - I wonder if that's the one the OP is talking about.  I
have always found it comfortable to hold for long periods of time - its
not hyper-accurate as some of the new generation laser mice, but it
generally does everything it needs to for my liking, and I wouldn't
hesitate to buy another one if mine broke tommorow :)

Same... except mine's the wireless (and slightly older version), MX700.
It's nearly 5, fairly hefty, great to use. Pretty big too (but righty)

Of course its righty.  Lefties should be taken as children to a special
home for afflicted and have electro-shock treatment and their left arms
tied behind their backs until adulthood.  Its a terrible disease and
this society should do more for those poor unfortunates.

And its damned impossible to copy from them during tests at school
because of the way they wrap their arms around a page!  So inconsiderate.

:-)
