Audiosurf "demo"

    Hi, all,

Just wondering if anyone has any insight into an issue I'm having with
Audiosurf:

It's the first time I've ever purchased a non-boxed version of a Steam
app.  I paid my $$ and printed my receipt, but the game still "thinks"
it's the demo, limiting me to 4 or 5 songs, then telling me to buy the
product I already, supposedly, "own".

I tried going through the buying steps again, thinking it may give me
some way to verify it, or put in my confirmation code, but, basically,
it just tells me the game's already available under "My Games".  I tried
purging the local files and downloading them again, thinking it may
download in an appropriately "non-demo" fashion  :-)  but, again, no
luck (although if I re-download, or "verify" the local files, it
"resets" back to 4 the original four song demo limit).

Anyone run into this sort of thing before, or have any thoughts on how
to stop it from thinking it's a demo?  It's getting to be a drag.

    Thanks in advance,

    S-M

    Apologies, gang.

I posted before I realized there was an Audiosurf forum.

Seems mine was not an uncommon problem, easily fixed by restarting Steam.

Hope that at least helps someone else.

It's just a Steamism that you get used to!
