The new HL2 mod, "Leon's Coastline to Atmosphere," has just been
released. Leon created an earlier mod, which was pretty darn good.
To download his new one, follow the link at:

I'm downloading it now....when HL2 Episode 1 is released, it'll be
interesting to compare them.

Wasn't there a Leon that did a coupla CoD mods?

dont bother downloading it dont work.

UNZIP IT IN;

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\your_account_name\half-life
2\hl2\
Replace the letter C with the drive letter where HL2 is installed if
it is different.

Start Half Life2 and open the console by pressing;
~
Type in the console;
map leonHL2_2
Then press the Enter key

i have installed the mod in the right folder etc,keep getting this
error >
map load failed: leonHL2_2 not found or invalid

solved.
The info file was wrong it should read:
map leonHL2-2 not leonHL2_2

Yeah, I discovered the same error in the Readme file. So I typed "map
leon" in the Console and selected the right one.

So far it's a really good add-on, very nicely designed; but it's
extremely challenging, with (IMHO) too many combine. I recommend
playing it on Easy.

I agree. So far it's been extremely difficult, and I'm not sure I like the
nearly constant music, which for some reason will not respond to the volume
controls in the options. But otherwise, a very well made single player mod
fom the first few minutes exposure..
