Can you legally resell Half-life 2? If I wanted to sell my used game, would I need to transfer my steam account details? How do I find these details, such as username and password on my computer? Selling your Steam account is against the EULA and has been discussed on here quite a bit. Problem being, that if you own more than one Steam game you have to sell the lot - there is no mechanism for you to sell just one - even if you own the retail box HL2.
