Has anyone tried this mod?
What do you think about it?
Is it worth the time and space?

And what about the soccer one?

thanks for your comments,

Jay

If you're in to DragonballZ and it's universe it's quite nice

Players is reduced size to be able to create rather large outdoor
enviroments
The downside of this is the maps being less detailed and more blocky
The mod is still in development and new things are added on frequent
basis

My oldest son says it's cool and plays it occasionally

Please note!
To control the player demands practice, practice and even more practice
as you have a large number of attacks you can perform
The learning curve is steep

> And what about the soccer one?

The idea is cool, but imho the player is a bit difficult to control

You're quite welcome

I was strolling through alt.games.half-life one day, when suddenly
Peter [AGHL] surprised me by leaping from a nearby hedge.
As I levelled my service revolver, the unfortunate creature cried out;

If it's as much fun as the TFC football game, they'll be onto a winner
(I loves that one).

Ah yes i used to love that map .. pity it was underrated and underused
on public servers though...  "i say i say i say, what's the fastest way
to empty a capacity-filled TFC server?"  "rcon changelevel push"  :-(

Push!  That's the fellow.  Made for a great bash, I thought.

Ahhh, the great TFC bashes, that takes me back.  We had fun then, didn't we?  I
always hogged the Scout role, because I couldn't shoot for toffee and I liked
the glory of being the flag-grabber :)

Are there any current team games of that ilk that actually reward teamplay,
include different roles, and aren't just team deathmatch?  I hear WolfET is good
in that respect, but I've never tried it.  (My connection is just about up to it
now).

Played the Soccer one. It's interesting. I sorta liked half-life rally. That
was pretty cool. A source version of that would be some kinda fun.
Cheers!
