couldn't exec server.cfg, need help to build my own server.

Need some info or help to make your own HL2 server. I activated en
downloaded SDK dedicated server but it doesnt seem to work yet. For example
the first map is dm_lockdown and I get:

in the console part.
I can however join my own server and im in the game. But it only works for
me, nobody can seem to join in.
What am i doing wrong or can you give me any starters tips?
I would be very pelased. A good website could help too.

Not finished yet though
Some usefull links

The errors is normal, just discard them
You should have a look at your firewall as you need to open for incomming
connections (for the server)

I have zonealarm and hl2.exe is one of the trusted programs. Do you mean
change the zonestate from trusted to internet?

The site could help, although i dont understand it yet.

I havent any firewall on my PC as I am behind a HW firewall/router I don't
know how zonealarm works
