Not on Steam nor Valve's homepage nor Vivendi's homepage. Of course, those
haven't been used for any announcements previously either. So, if there is
an "announcement", it'll come in the form of some interview on some website
that everybody'll be scratching their heads over wondering whether it's a
fake or not for a few days till it's either confirmed as valid or vice
versa by multiple sites.

Needless to say, I'm not terribly impressed with Valve's chosen channel of
communication. They have a perfectly good webpage they could use to keep
the community updated.
