Had a good turn out for the bash today... Had appearances from
Jazz_Man, Rat, Swiz, Bench, Civ, CF and several well mannered
interlopers.... Lots of blood and guts with lots of laughs... As I
write almost 4 hours after the bash began the server is still full
with Civ, Jazz and Swiz still kickin' bootty.... Server hung in well
with no lag for anyone.....

Yes, lots of fun. I had to bail at 8:00 CST to watch the
Alias premiere. Yummmm, Jennifer Garner....

Aha!  Is it just starting your side of the pond then?  Means we should
get it in a few weeks...

Yeah, great bash CF, always enjoy them. I agree with Firewater though,
they should be more regular.

Thought I'd curtail my attempts at time travel to drop by and say thanks for
last night. It was good to get back behind a crossbow and crowbar again!
I've been stuck into BF1942 for a while now and it took me ages to get back
into the swing but it was great to be killed by the likes of you lot again.
I agree it has been too long and I'd definitely be up for another in the
near future. Thanks to all for a great giggle and a great game...sorry I
couldn't carry on longer but RL has stepped up a gear or two in the last few
weeks...
But rest assured, I WILL frag your sorry a.ses again!  ;-))))

Have you tried the BF1942mod Desert Combat?
It's my main game at the mom. It's damn fun to play
and it has F16, AH64, Hind, rocket launchers etc....

Oh yes indeedy.... and I love it too... but my favourite is still vanilla. I
also prefer the CTF type games on the city maps such as Berlin or
Stalingrad. The half-lifer in me still craves the satisfaction of hth and
close quarter combat!! ;-)) I also like Wake (as Jap assault) purely because
of the long winding road that goes from one end to the other and is just
perfect for hurtling down in a jeep or kw etc..brilliant
edge-of-the-seat-adrenalin-pumping fun!  (STILL trying to get the hang of
planes, even with a joystick) ..But I do prefer CTF for its neccessary team
work.
Anyways...hope you ditched your pretty bunny suit before you went out into
no mans land soldier!! ;-))

Oh no, the bunny suit is perfect on large maps like El Alamein
when you have got shot down. It's so much faster to jump
as a rabbit then take a walk.......

I'm sorry about that.   : (
I was going to play but was distracted by the newly
bought Spearhead and the Breakthrough expansion packs
for MOHAA. When I finaly remembered the Bash it was to late.....
I'll try for the next bash. I know that all wanted some rabbit
hunting and I'll let you have that next time...   ; )
