Just a few quick and disappointing observations-

Weapons automatically reload when you stop using them, (unless you
quickload the Gravity Gun)

The RPG and Crossbow has no reload sequence at all.

The pistol has no 'clip-in' wav.

I hope they will eventually patch this.  It kinda retracts from the
realism.

No they don't.  They only reload automatically when they run out of ammo in
the current clip.  If there is still ammo in the clip and you stop firing,
the weapons do NOT reload automatically...

I believe he means when you change weapons.

e.g.: You are using the shotgun and get it down to one cartridge. You
then switch to the .357 magnum without re-loading the shotgun. Assuming
you are carrying enough cartridges, the next time you switch to the
shotgun, it will be reloaded...

I'm willing to bet a year's salary that I can get a weapon to reload
without emptying the clip, without cheatcodes, and without moving Gordon as
much as an inch.

In other words, you're wrong. Though I believe the previous poster is as
well. I don't think just leaving a weapon idle will do it. But I know for
sure that if you switch to another weapon and reload that, all weapons are
automatically reloaded at the same time. I remember wondering why Valve
decided to do it that way.

Oh, I miss some reload animations and sounds as well. I love a nice meaty
reload anim/soundeffect and cycling through weapons to reload during a
quiet time is something I missed doing (tis just how I am).
