Attention !! We`d like to mention that there is a new Half-Life server going to life today !! Today between 20-22 pm of Polish time (GMT +01:00 Time Zone) we are going to test it, so we need as much players as possible (max. # of players are 30). At the first day of our testing, we will be running Half-Life standard dedicated server on linux.Next (if the server will be performing well) we are going to switch into Counter-Strike as well. IMPORTANT - We want to see on our server only people from ANY country in the Europe, mostly from Poland, no U.S. mates yet, please. Here is the IP of the server: 64.246.44.27 (It is disabled until the 20-22 pm) We are willing to have as much people connected to this server during the test session, so that we will be able to test the performance at its maximum.This server is going to be ran on Linux and will be a dedicated one. We expect that it will offer very playable run, as we have equiped it with good hardware and connection. As an American, I've played on many UK servers where I've had lower pings than the local Brits. Anyone in the US with a DSL or cable connection can easily have pings under 200ms on European servers, which will be lower than many Euros with dial-up connections.
