I've been getting some bad vibes about an impulsive act I indulged in some
time ago and I've come to the enlightened conclusion that said act was
premature in the extreme.
I am of course referring to my pre-ordering of HL2 on Amazon way back
earlier ago. Since then I have seen indications that I might not actually
get it until a few days after the event. So I've cancelled it. Today however
I went to the local game shop (Not Game, just the local game shop) and asked
them if they would have lots of copies on the release day, 30th September,
but he said that according to his trade magazine that just so coincidentally
happened to be open before him, it did not register a scheduled release date
for September.....
