Need a savegame file

Annoyingly I've just lost all my savegame files (along with the rest of my
harddrive). If anyone happens to have a savegame from somewhere near the
Xen stage of the game, could they please email it to me. Or if there's
anywhere one could be downloaded from could someone let me know a link.

You can also find the level you were stuck on and give yourself the exact
equipment and such that you had at that time via cheat codes. just change to
the level via map "mapname" and then do impulse 101 to get ALL weapons, or
use give commands for each weapon
