He has an ATI voucher, so shouldnt need to buy it.. as long as he's
entered his Voucher CD Key it should work the moment the game is

Nope! otherwise i wouldnt have been toying with the idea of getting CZ
for the source test .. But i'm also toying with the idea of buying HL2
over Steam, given that it'll be released on Steam 4 days before it hits
the shelves in the UK.. (i think the US release dates are always on a
monday as opposed to friday over here).
