Dunno why Valve states this after the preload download.. Trying to get us
hyped up prolly as HL2 can't be a mere 1 gig.

Yes, a locked copy as in an *entire* copy, not partial code.. Nevermind.

He's right, there isn't a locked (or unlocked) copy of HL2 on the computer.
