Er, I'm very pleased for you...

I have to say though your not the first and certainly not the first in
AGHL as rat got in there very early.

Personally I want to wait closer to time, get it from a shop or
something. I don't want to be left feeling like a nob when I could be
thwarting the nasty aliens!

I'll order it nearer to the time too.  The pre-order prices for online retailers
usually last right up to the release date.  I'm not in such a rush to play it on
the day, I'd just like to buy it cheaper :)  It looks like an expensive few
weeks for me, there are three other must-have (for me) games due for release in
October.  The only games I've previously pre-ordered were the two IL2 sims and
Mafia.

Unbelievably I may have a gaming crisis of the best kind if this
continues. The gaming crisis where I have two excellent games and a
serious decisional problem picking which one to play.

All I got to say is, HL2 is going to have to be good to get me away from
Star Wars Galaxies.

Don't want to rain on your parade, but the reviews of CZ are not good,
especially the SP game :(

Unfortunately, this may solve your problem.

Vivendi Universal says that Valve is now scheduled to complete the
game in time for the holidays.

When Valve announced Half-Life 2 in early May, some were surprised by
Valve's firm insistence that the game would be ready to ship on
September 30. Today we received word from the game's publisher,
Vivendi Universal, that Half-Life 2's release has been delayed until
later this year. Without commenting on the delay, a Vivendi Universal
representative reaffirmed that the game would ship this year, sometime
during the holiday season.

Two?  I wish I only had two to worry about!  I'm struggling to decide now, and
there's four more on the way :)

I'm pleased that you're pleased with it.  I liked the role-playing banter going
on between you and that robot bloke in your screenshot.

It's been a long long time since I've had more than two games to concern
myself with. Maybe when I first started using PC's.

The weaponsmith?

Yeah. Quite a high level character him. He certainly didn't need to
banter with me over 1k to make a living. He saw where I was going and
followed, just for the fun (and hell) of it. Kudos to him.

And I'm beginning to think I might cancel my pre-order and grab it from a
shop on release day as I'm starting to get worried that although it is
released on xxdate I'll have to wait a couple of days until it gets here in
the post! I want it on D-Day...not D-day +2 or 3!

Pardon?
;-) Thanks I think... I do always listen, I just don't always hear...
